All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been printed, processed, or delivered.
Printing is a custom service, and each order is produced based on the artwork, specifications, and quantities provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, colours, layout, and sizing before confirming the order. We print exactly as approved.
If the artwork or files provided by the customer contain errors, we are not liable and no reprint or refund will be provided.
Colour variation may occur due to differences between screen display and actual print output. Minor colour variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or reprint.
For materials such as banners, stickers, booklets, and other custom products, slight size variations within industry tolerance (±3–5 mm) are normal and not refundable.
If there is a production issue caused by us (e.g., wrong material, wrong size, wrong quantity), you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photos/video.
In rare cases where we make a mistake, we will offer a reprint of the affected item(s) only. No cash refunds.
Orders cancelled after production has started cannot be refunded.
Delivery/transport fees are non-refundable.
